1. Mr Yamashiro loaned 9,810,000 shares in the ordinary capital of the Company (the "Shares") to DBS Bank Ltd ("DBS Bank") pursuant to the sharelending agreement dated 8 August 2007, to be used by DBS Bank to cover over-allotments in relation to stabilization action in connection with the initial public offering of the Company.

2. The stabilization action ceased as of 13 September 2007 and DBS Bank has returned the 9,810,000 Shares back to Mr Yamashiro, by way of transfer of 2,028,000 existing Shares purchased from the market and exercise of an over-allotment option, resulting in the issue of 7,782,000 new Shares to Mr Yamashiro

3. The percentage figure shown below is calculated based on the original issued share capital of 240,400,000 Shares before the change and the enlarged issued share capital of 248,182,000 Shares after the change, being the Company's total issued share capital as at 18 September 2007.
