Resolution Passed at Extraordinary General Meeting

The Directors of Uni-Asia Finance Corporation (the "Company") wish to announce that at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on Friday, 1 August 2008, the resolution relating to the change of auditors from Messrs PricewaterhouseCoopers to Messrs Ernst & Young as set out in the Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting dated 17 July 2008, was duly passed.
