The Directors of Uni-Asia Finance Corporation (the "Company") wish to announce that at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on Wednesday, 5 August 2009, the resolution relating to the Placement of New Shares as set out in the Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting dated 21 July 2009, was duly passed.
