Change Of Joint Company Secretary

The Board of Directors of Uni-Asia Finance Corporation (the "Company") wishes to announce the appointment of Ms Chan Wan Mei as a new Joint Company Secretary of the Company in place of Ms Lim Aik Kun with effect from 21 December 2009.

Following the above changes, the Company Secretaries of the Company shall be Ms Joanna Lim and Ms Chan Wan Mei.
