Resolutions Passed At The Annual General Meeting

The Board of Directors of Uni-Asia Finance Corporation (the "Company") wishes to announce that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held on 27 April 2010, all the ordinary resolutions as set out in the notice of the AGM dated 5 April 2010 were duly passed.
