Resolutions Passed At The Annual General Meeting

The Board of Directors of Uni-Asia Finance Corporation ("the Company") wishes to announce that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held on 26 April 2011, all the ordinary resolutions as set out in the notice of the AGM dated 4 April 2011 were duly passed.
