Resignation Of Joint Company Secretary

The Board of Directors of Uni-Asia Finance Corporation (the "Company") wishes to announce the resignation of Ms Chan Wan Mei as Joint Company Secretary of the Company effective 20 June 2012.

Ms Joanna Lim remains as the sole Secretary of the Company.
