Rectification Of Announcement No. 00085 Announced On 28 October 2010

Further to the Announcement No. 00085 of 28 October 2010 on the increase in issued and paid-up capital of a subsidiary, the Company wishes to clarify that the total number of shares issued to Uni-Asia Capital Co.,Ltd was 7,346,754 shares (rather than 7,356,754 shares as stated in the Announcement No. 00085) and the consideration for such issuance was HK$7,346,754 (rather than HK$7,356,754 as stated in the Announcement No. 00085).
